HOW TO ORDER DEPOSIT SLIPS!

It is as easy as 1-2-3 to order Deposit Slips...

1. Determine:
   • Quantity needed.
   • Number of Parts needed.
   • Tell us if you want them Loose or Padded.
2. Fax a sample of a deposit slip with your current bank account number on it.  If you don't have a sample ask your bank for a MICR SPECIFICATION SHEET.
