It is easy to place a Check Order with Shield Business Systems, Ltd.

1. Determine the Quantity you need!
2. Mail or Fax a sample check with your current bank information.  If you do not have a sample check, ask your bank for a MICR SPECIFICATION SHEET.
3. Print out a test check so we may provide you with the proper software format, or if you know your software format, please give us the software name and version number.
4. We will also need:
   • Check Starting Number
   • Ink Color of Check
   • Shipping & Billing Address
   • Contact Name, Phone Number & Fax Number.
